Tech Support Language Barrier

We use MS 365 for our business and have had ongoing issues for almost a year. We have to sign in every time we open a document, error messages when signing in, just a myriad of problems using MS. We have tried to seek help through tech support on numerous different occasions and have hit a brick wall with every attempt due to the fact that there is a huge language barrier issue. It is absolutely impossible to try and understand an individual who only speaks a few words of English, it has been incredibly frustrating. We paid a lot of money for a program that we cannot use to its full potential, and is also without a doubt a crucial part of doing day-to-day business activities.

I understand that companies “outsource” their customer service support, but doing so should not effect the level of custom care that we receive in the U.S. As one poster stated, this has nothing to do with race, but everything to do with Microsoft’s lack of customer service! It’s absurd that I am having to go to these lengths in complaining, this should not even be an issue.

Shame on you Microsoft! Your customer service is the worst !
