How to Resolve This Microsoft .NET Framework Error While Importing A text/csv file in an Excel Spreadsheet.

And In this Error Dialog Box when I click on Continue nothing happens.

And I cannot able to import my text/csv from here.

Please, Suggest me Some Technique or help where I can resolve this issue in My Excel.
