Print range in Excel

I have a small spreadsheet with "Player Names" across the top, then data from rounds of golf. per player, occupying say rows 5 to 20. Then at the bottom, say row 40, I have a calculated "handicap" for each player. How can I print just the player names and the corresponding "handicap" without printing the intervening data and blank rows?

    Good Day! Thanks for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

    I understand you want to print multiple ranges together without printing the intervening data and blank rows.

    I tested on my end by selecting the rows that I want to print and I go to print and then Set Print Area, then select Print, Unfortunately, I was able to duplicate the same situation like yours as you can see:

    To avoid blank rows, per suggestion by Nothing Left to Lose, you can create a new workbook and paste the selected rows you want to print and then print. or  Hide the rows you don't want to print. However, to avoid the same behavior after hiding the rows you do not want to print, you can print with the Camera tool.  Go to Quick Access Toolbar and from the small drop-down button, click More Commands.

     In the Excel Options dialog box, under the Choose commands from the drop-down list, select All Commands, and then scroll down in all list of commands and find Camera, click **Add>>**button, and Click OK to close the Excel Options dialog box. Then click OK, the camera button has been inserted on the Quick Access Toolbar.

    Then you can use the camera tool to take the snapshots for the selected ranges.

    1. Select the range that you want to take a picture of.
    2. Click the Camera tool. The mouse pointer changes to a thin plus sign.
    3. Click where you want the top left-hand corner of the picture to appear. The picture is inserted as a graphic on the worksheet.
    4. Then you can click File >Print to print the selected ranges into one page.

    Re: print two rows only

    1. Hide the rows you don't want to print.
      (select the rows, right-click and choose Hide)

    -or-

    1. Copy both rows to a new worksheet and print.

    Maybe use the FILTER function to eliminate blank rows. In the picture, I have emulated your player-name data and info in A1:F6 and the handicap info in A14:B19. Perhaps the formula in H1 does what your explanation indicates.

    Note: The IF clause is being used to avoid blank cells in a data-row from being returned as zeros.

    =FILTER(IF(A:F="","",A:F),(A:A<>""))
