Excel does not come back with map data.

I have been trying to create a map chart using the municipalities of Puerto Rico, but it does not work (it does not recognize the names of the municipalities or something like that). If I just write Puerto Rico in one cell and a value on the other, it comes back with a map of the island. Office 365 is up to date on my computer.

This is an example of the data I am trying to use:

Puerto Rico Municipalities

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    Based on your description, we understand that you do not return Puerto Rico's map data when using Excel. Based on my tests so far, it seems that the Excel map does not support this location, you can refer to my screenshot:

     

    Of course, my test data may not be consistent with what you provided, because we cannot open the link of the file you shared. I suggest that you share your file through this link so that I can test it again.
