Calculated Columns in Microsoft Lists for personal Use

I can't find a way to add a calculated column in Microsoft list for personal use.

The worse is that I can't find related information about the subject

Is somebody looking for this platform's development status or should I turn somewhere else to find an alternative platform?

Wasted so much time

"The default value formula can't refer to columns. To define a column based on other columns, use a calculated column."

There is no "calculated column".

"Near the top right of the browser window, select Settings and then select List settings."

No such thing as "List settings".

"To add a calculated column, click***+*** add columnthen selectMore*."*

"More" is not there to select.

This needs to be added - Nobody can reference other columns in their formulas without it!! Is there a work around?

And you cannot change the settings to enable it. The only thing showing in settings is the recycle bin.
