Microsoft Bookings Question

So here is my situation:

A department at the company I work for uses Microsoft Bookings to facilitate a lot of their work and have run into an issue I could not find an answer to.

They have 3 different services that they provide and want to tie a color to represent a specific service in the calendar view.

Is there any setting I can change to accomplish this? It would make their job a whole lot easier if they could see a specific color and immediately now exactly what type of service it represented. At the moment the calendar looks like a giant rainbow and is not ideal.

Also, we've noticed that when we remove a staff member from a service, we are not able to update that specific service. What would cause this issue?

The workaround right now is to completely start all over with a new service, but it would be preferred if we could just update the existing service on the calendar.

Thank you in advanced for the help :)

Hello Morentul

I'm Diane, a Microsoft 365 Apps & Services MVP and I'll try to help you today.

When you go into the calendar you can add new staff. Try adding staff to the calendar then add them to the service before removing the previous member. https://outlook.office.com/bookings/staff

The services don't have their own categories, sorry. But if the staff members are only assigned to one service, you could use the staff category colors for uniformity - give them all one color.
