Pivot Table notes

Hi,

I add notes next to my pivot table. It works fine as long as I don't minimize sections of the table. Is there a way to associate the notes to specific lines on the pivot table? Below is an example with the first screenshot with column C "Launched" expanded and 2nd screenshot with "Launched" collapsed. I would like the notes, which are outside the Pivot Table to collapse also. See on the first screenshot Column D id 126920 note is Launch but when collapsed the note is Done. Dan to close

Thanks,

Jim

    Dear James,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Per your description, you want to make note cells collapse with Pivot Table.

Based on my research, currently, it is not available now. A workaround I can think of is that you can create another pivot table to analysis.

And I will keep this thread open, so that other members in our community could share their ideas in this thread.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Jazlyn,

I think you are right, there isn't a way to do what I'm asking currently but I thought I'd ask the experts. Maybe this request will make it's way to the MS development team as a future enhancement :-)

    Thanks,

    Jim
