Hello,

Would appreciate any feedback on the issue which we are facing. Is pretty simple to explain.

We are populating the proxyaddress attribute for a certain user on Active Directory by adding smtp: user.name@keyman .com. The changes will be saved and after the sync with Azure this alias will even appear in Azure/Office365.

The problem is that after a certain time this proxyaddress will disappear from the AD side and therefore from Azure as well.

Any idea what might be causing this problem?

Thnx
A

Ok, technically, that is not supported :)

Since there is no Exchange Server, and changes are not done with the Exch Tools, you wont be able to use the built-in auditing tools to see why its being removed.

You will need to either use 3rd party auditing tools. or install Exchange on-prem and make the changes via Exchange and then you can check the admin audit log to see who changed it ( Assuming its changed through Exchange)
