Forms - Creating for external Environment

Hi,

Good morning. Is is possible to create a Form and move it to another O365 environment? I am just learning Forms and need to create a Form that will be accessed and used not within my environment. I have been trying to find a video on it but have not had any luck. Also, what is best practices for deploying a form that multiple people will need to access, fill out, and also be able to view data within the spreadsheet? Would it be best to deploy to a Teams Channel and only allow access to those that need access? I'm used to using Power Apps for this kind of project so I am a bit lost on how to best deploy a MS Form.

Thank you very much for your help,

Joe

Dear Joe,

Good day.

Thank you for posting back.

Apologies for the inconvenience as there is no out of the box to change the email notification. The email notification will always go thru the creator of the Microsoft Forms. The email notification is important to be updated with the responses on your Forms or creator's Forms.

Since this is currently by design, if you wish for this feature, I would suggest you to please submit a Feedback. Our Product Group is always open for awesome suggestion like this.

Thank you for your kind understanding.

Sincerely,

Zee | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Hi Zee,

Thank you very much for your help. :) Great feedback!

My apologies, but have another question. If I create the form how do I change the email address so that form submittal notifications aren't sent to me to to someone else?

Thank you again for your help,

    Joe

    Dear Joe,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on the description, you want to user your Forms as template and apply it to different tenant and also you want to deploy the Forms into Teams to specific users only.

To make the Forms as template > click on the ellipses button … > Collaborate or Duplicate.

Click on Get a link to duplicate.

Copy the link and paste it to browser where your other tenant account is logged in.

About sharing the Forms in Teams, click on Collect responses. To: type the name, group or email address… and click Send.

    Article Introduction to Microsoft Forms.

Please feel free to post back if the suggestion doesn't help you.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation. Stay safe and healthy always.
