MS 365 Cloud Application Tutorials

Question

As a teacher who uses MS 365 on the Web in the classroom, I am hoping to find MS 365 on the Web tutorials. The only ones I seem to find are MS 365 Desktop tutorials. As the cloud version is different and doesn't always have the same features of the desktop the current tutorials are not supporting students learning only the MS 365 on the Web. Students who have not used the MS desktop applications find it confusing because the ribbons are different and so are some of the features.

Can you provide MS 365 on the Web application tutorials? OR Please direct me to a place to find MS 365 on the Web tutorials?
