Microsoft Forms

Hi,

We’ve been having an issue with Microsoft Forms on our OTG 365. When I try to open up forms the attached error comes up and when I click on “New Form” the page keeps scrolling. I’ve tried reinstating Forms from Azure but to no avail. Any suggestions on how to fix this please?

    Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We noticed that there is no responses under your original post and we are happy to help you.

    From your description, it seems that you cannot access the Microsoft forms and you also cannot create new form.

    If my understanding is right, we have also tested it on our side and we cannot reproduce the same situation and we can access forms without any problem. If you still cannot access forms now, we’d suggest you change another browser to check if the same problem will occur.

    If the same problem still persists after trying another browser, to better understand your situation and narrow down this issue, could you provide the information below?

    1. May I know if the other colleagues have the same problem?
    2. May I know if you can access the other services? For example, Office for web.
