Hi, I connected a form in cognitoforms to excel online using MS Power Automate. I seem to have connected all the data correctly. But then I get 409 error with the following message and I cannot seem to move any further:

This won't work because it would move cells in a table on your worksheet.

clientRequestId: xxx

serviceRequestId: xxx

Pls help.

Jeremy

Dear Jeremy,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Generally, to use the Cognito Forms flow, you may use a Pro plan. Please check whether you are using a Pro plan first.

Meanwhile, I'd like you to check whether you are using a table-format Excel file.

If it is convenient, I'd like you to provide the screenshots about the flow, the cognito form and the Excel file you created and the error page after you run the flow for our reference.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

Sincerely,

Cliff | Microsoft Community Moderator
