When I try to open a MS 2016 document in Windows 10, I get an error that says "AddressFixer Error" and "invalid Index". Think this is related to Dymo software. Having trouble finding a fix.

Based on the error you have, you are correct this is relate to Dymo Label Software you have. For this one you need to contact Dymo Label Software support team to fix this issue since the issue is from the external software.
