Copy/Paste not working every time

I'm using Microsoft Access 2019 and Windows 11 (but the problem exists already at Windows 10).
In the window to build querys (SQL view) it is not every time possible to copy or paste external queries. The context menu "copy" is not grayed out, but I can't insert in the same window or in an external notepad. Clipboard is cleared, but no text is placed into clipboard. Shortcuts (keys) also not working.
I can't think that's only a problem of my computer.
