This issue happens when the Onedrive file sync is not working properly. Please follow the steps one by one and check if it helps.
- Click Windows + R key altogether, in the run command box, type or paste the command below and click enter.
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
If it failed or worked, try the next command.
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe
- Check the files online on the official Onedrive website.
Sign in with your Microsoft account. check if you can access the files there.

- Update Windows.,
When you update, you'll get the latest fixes and security improvements, helping your device run efficiently and stay protected.
To stay up to date, select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
If a feature update is available for your device, it will appear separately on the Windows Update page. To install it, select Download and install now.
- Connect your wi-fi to a different network.
a. click the wi-fi icon in the taskbar. b. Change the default wi-fi network to personal or Work. c. Try Signing in with your Onedrive account.
