MS Office lifetime subscription cannot be reactivated? Lost?

  1. Laptop purchased with MS Office Lifetime subscription last year. (Invoice & HP confirmation is available.)
  2. Yesterday, Office got deleted by mistake while cleaning computer.
  3. Cannot be reinstalled as Microsoft Account doesn't show an active subscription.
  4. HP has given written confirmation that the laptop (unique serial #) has the subscription.
  5. Both HP and Microsoft engineers were unable to activate without product key and without the Account showing a live subscription. Case ID available.

Can senior Microsoft Technical team or Product team member guide since I do have a lifetime MS Office subscription ( Office Home & Student 2019 version) that got deleted by mistake and I need it back.

    A life time licence isnot a subscription type, Office 365 is

    Activating an Office version for the first time or installing Office as part of the process you are prompted to use/creat an MS account and if needed you access that account to reinstall, you would first on that account need to de-activate the originla install
