    Dear Aniket,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

From your description, it seems that you want to remove title column and add another title column in Microsoft lists.

If my understanding is right, we’d suggest you click the drop down arrow at the right side of Title column > Column settings > Show/hide columns, as shown below:

Then you can unselect it and click Apply. Then you can create a new column(for example, Title1)and put it at the top of the list, as shown below:

If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, you can also post back and point that.

    Hi Aniket,

Thank you for posting back and sharing these detailed information with us.

May I know if you want to set the column Shopping cart as Title column and let the data of Shopping cart show on the top when you edit the property of an item in the Microsoft list?

If yes, we're afraid there is no build-in feature to achieve this requirement.

The Title column is the default column in a Microsoft list and its data will appear on the top. We tried to hide the Title column but its value still appear on top when editing an item's property. We do understand the inconvenience and apologize for it.

We know it would be ideal if we can set another column as Title column and let its data appear on the top when editing item's property. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely recommend you send feedback to Feedback Community, it's the specific platform to let the developers know your requirement and help improve the product. Appreciate your understanding!

In addition, if our understanding of the scenario is not consistent with yours, feel free to point it out. We will continue helping you.

Hope you have a nice day and stay safe!

    Sincerely,

    Hi Aniket,

The function in Microsoft List is not same as that in Excel.

Excel is an application dedicated to process data, while Microsoft list is just a web service.

For your requirement, I took the liberty of creating an entry in our Feedback community allow setting another column as Title column and let its data show on the top when editing item's property. · Community (microsoft.com) and my team has voted for this, I suggest that you encourage your team to do the same.  Our Product Team is in-charge of the site and they are constantly checking the comments and feedback from our customer.

    Thank you for your understanading.

Hope you keep safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,
