Unknown transaction

Hello i have a transaction on my credit card that shows me that i bought microsoft office 365 worth 479.99 RON, and when i checked my microsoft account i saw that i don`t have the subscription on my account, can i do something to recover my money and cancel this subscription?

    You will have to contact support, they are the ones with access to help check this.

    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Click Get Support
    type "billing" or choose an option
    Scroll down and Click Contact Support
    It will ask for more details (I am sure you can take it from there)
