Cannot open Word document from website

I am having a difficult time openning a Word Document from a website:

The PRISMA flow chart downloads as a MS Word, but when I try to open it I get an error message: Why am I unable to open this MS word file. I used to be able to open it and recently I have been having this issue. I have Office 365 I downloaded from my University. Please help.

    Download the document to your computer. In File Explorer, right-click the icon for the document and choose Properties. In the Properties window, click Unblock (if it is available) and then click Apply. See if you can open the document from within Word, via File > Open > Browse.
