Missing "Multiple Pages Per Sheet" in Print Options

I am using Publisher in 365 and am having an issue with Printing. I would like to print multiple pages per sheet, similar to PowerPoint, however when I click on the page printing options I only see "One page per sheet" and "Tiled." On the instruction I found online it says to select "Multiple pages per sheet" but that option is simply not available. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

    Dear Sciandra,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft forum.

Multiple pages per sheet option is available only when the publication page size is small enough that more than one page can fit on a single sheet of paper.

For example, here I have a page size A4 (8268 11.693), you will notice there are only two print options visible in Print menu i.e., Tiles and One page per sheet.

If I change the page size to A5, several other print options appear as shown in the screenshot below:

Based on this, we can say the print option changes depending on the page size.

If you need any help, let us know. We will look forward to your reply. Stay safe and stay healthy.

    Sincerely,

Thank you for the info, this has been very helpful as I have been able to print multiple pages on one piece of paper.

Now my next question is there a way to scale all work down that has been completed to get it to fit the new page size? I was able to change the paper size in Page Design however the existing work didnt scale or change at all with the paper size change.

    Thank you!

    -X
