Programmatically access offline files from a separate application

Question

A question for mobile devices in general, not just Android.

A co-worker has shared a folder with me.

I go in to the OneDrive mobile app, click the 'Shared' tab, and I am able to see the folder that was shared.

From that 'Shared' tab, I'm able to open the ellipses menu for the folder that was shared, and tell it to 'Keep offline'. At which point that folder, and its contents, are synced to my mobile device. All of which are available for viewing even if I have no internet connection.

Given that I know the name of the shared folder and the names of its contents, and I'm completely offline, my question is:
From a different application, am I able to link directly to the folder or its contents that I just synced through some form of deep link through the OneDrive app?

Prefixing a link with ms-onedrive://{something}.. does trigger the OneDrive mobile app to open to the main Files page, but seems unable to go further. I would expect something like ms-onedrive://shared/path/to/offline/content to bring me to that shared folder I had synced.

Let me know if anyone's had any experience with this.

Currently we could only use ms-onedrive://URL scheme to access the file stored in OneDrive.
