Inbox Storage Full Error
Hi there,
I have a user who is using Microsoft 365 Business Standard. This is the current space on there inbox:
What are some of the options that I can use to increase there size?
Some options that I know of are:
- Using PowerShell - however I have been unsuccessful in this, there are soooo many guides online but I have not found one to work...
- In-Place Archiving is Enabled, however. I am unsure how this works, as I don't think it is working for the account?
- Purchasing an Enterprise License to increase it to 100GB.
Know, is another work around having to select emails and begin to Archive them into the Archive folder therefore creating more space by going to Outlook > File > Tools > Mailbox Cleanup as far as I am aware this is only possible to do on Windows version of Outlook? How would this be achieved on a MAC**.**
