Teams New Calling Experience not updated to all users in tenant. All users on latest version of teams.

I am the admin of a tenant with 13 Teams Voice users. The majority of the users have the new calling experience, however a few (myself included) have not received this update yet.

We all have the latest version of Teams app (1.4.00.19572 (64-bit)).

I have tried to force update through the app, uninstall and reinstall of teams. All users are on the same release schedule.

What is preventing the latest features from rolling out?

I appreciate any advice on this matter.

    Hi @Matthew Lyons

    It maybe your computer is not in idle mode.

    The desktop client update itself automatically. Teams checks for updates every few hours behind the scenes, downloads it, and then waits for the computer to be idle before silently installing the update. Sometime new feature may not update to users in time. If you met this question, you could try to manually download updates by clicking Check for updates on the Profile drop-down menu on the top right of the app. If an update is available, it will be downloaded and silently installed when the computer is idle.
