Synchronization Log

I received a synchronization log in my work email inbox. It appears my work email was set up to synchronize with my home computer outlook mail. What would I caused this to happen and how can I prevent my work email from synchronizing with my home email? My Microsoft Exchange offline address book was reported when synchronization had completed.

    Hello Puzzled I,

    Thank you for posting your question in our community, please can you go to Start > Settings > Account > Access work or School. If you find the work email there on your home PC please disconnect it.

    Restart the PC after that.

    Let me know if the issue persists after that.
