WORD ERROR witha JAVA LIBRARIES

GOOD MORNING. I HAVE AN APPLICATION IN ORACLE FORMS 12 THAT USES JAVA LIBRARIES THAT OPEN A WORD FILE (.DOC, .DOCX) AND WITH THIS LIBRARY IT IS POSSIBLE TO CONTROL IF THE USER CAN OR NOT EDIT THE FILE IN QUESTION. BUT THE MACHINES THAT USE THE OFFICE 365 PACKAGE ARE PRESENTING AN ERROR (ATTACHMENT). I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. THANKS

Your question is beyond the scope of this forum.

You can check with https://support.oracle.com/portal/ to find out if there are any known issues that concern Microsoft file formats.
