Pivot table - multiple text fields

Hello -

I want to create a pivot table where there are multiple text rows, but they are not break points like below. What pivot table does (and when I need it is great), is creates break point on both the Customer ID and Customer Name, even when the Customer Name is really just a lookup for my purposes

Customer ID Customer Name Order ID
001 Acme Auto 345
001 Acme Auto 456
Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    There is a format option to "fill down" on the break points.

    But using Layout group > “Report Layout dropdown” > “Repeat all item labels” fills all columns down,

    Right click on column > Field Settings command > Layout & Print tab > Repeat Item Labels
