Office/Word 365?
That being the case why not open Word, then the pinned doc?

I am attempting to pin a Word Document to the Taskbar. (Note: I am NOT wanting to pin the Application, rather the document).
I created a "test" document to apply this process. I changed the file extension from .docx to .exe in File Explorer and pinned it to the taskbar. Then I opened properties from the application on my Taskbar and changed the extension from .exe back to .docx. From what I understand this should work.
However, I get this message.
the name 'C:\Users\User\OneDrive\Desktop\test.docx' specified in the Target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.
Can you please advice? thank you.

Hi, This will only work if you do not have Word App pinned to taskbar (if you do is will be added to list of pinned docs)>Right click on the Word document you wish to pin to taskbar>Hover over send to>Click on>Desktop(shortcut)>Drag the Word shortcut document on the desktop onto the taskbar.
