Microsoft authenticator doesn't work

Question

Hello,
I recently changed my school's email's password for security. Whenever I try to connect to my email, it says I need to authenticate it with the Microsoft Authenticator App. However, I can't because the app itself asks me to authenticate it when I try to add the email in the app. Moreover, I can't access the QR code because I can't connect to my email.
What can I do ?
