System Invalid Operation exception

I am getting Error "Microsoft ACE OLEDB. 4.0 is not registered on the local machine" in a C# dot net project when it is hitting Import.excel() method. Can anyone please suggest how to resolve this issue. This is an EXE based app and some of users getting error while running the app.
