Command button not working -> the expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error...

I have a simple database, and a simple form. I am attempting to add a command button to run some VBA code. When I click it I get the familiar:

The actual script is just a simple message box. I have also left it empty. I don't think that should be a problem.

I have tried adjusting the "trust center settings", trusting the file location, macros, and ActiveX Settings.

I think this dialog should have a "show help" button, but I don't see one. Why is this?

Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried doing a compact and repair yet? If not, give it a shot. Otherwise, you might try to replace the form with a new one.
