Power Apps deployment

The company I work for has a 365 Business Premium account. I tested Power Apps and the huge drawback is that PA cannot be shared with others in my company so, I don't see the purpose or value to using this app. While Access is the only app that works as a relational database, I am hesitant to commit to it as I don't know when it will be deprecated by Microsoft.

I tried contacting the sales for my work account for an answer but I entered a maze with no resolution.

I'm thinking that Power Apps is more or less in beta and has a way to go before it is real so, does anyone know when Power Apps will be ready for primetime? Or should I commit to building an Access solution.
