Excel Limited In Android?

Hi, trying to build a spreadsheet in excel spreadsheet for Android but seem to have limited functionality?

I don't see a lot of the menu items I am looking for like cresting certain data functions etc, like data variables. Attached some screens shots that maybe show what I am looking at.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Android
