Cannot connect to catalog error

I deployed addin from the admin center, however users cannot see the addin in admin managed tab. Users are getting the error message " cannot connect to catalog"

I have changed network, disconnect from vpn, the issue still persists.

I have Office 365 Apps for Enterprise installed version:2202 Build(14931.20806)

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    I have the same issue and would be interessted in a solution. And I hope that working together does not mean that we have to wait always more than 20 days for a reply from MS...

    1. Can you please take a screenshot of that error message and upload it here.
    2. What kind of add-in did you deploy from Admin center? This issue is not perculiar to a particular add-in
    3. Does this issue happen when you deploy a specific add-in or all add-ins deployed from Admin center display that error message? This issue is not perculiar to a particular add-in

    Now, before giving any suggestions, please provide the information below to help us do investigations:

    1. Can you please take a screenshot of that error message and upload it here.
    2. What kind of add-in did you deploy from Admin center?
    3. Does this issue happen when you deploy a specific add-in or all add-ins deployed from Admin center display that error message?
