I have stored my content in Onenote and shared it with my colleague with full permissions like edit, modify, update and all. Now if my account linked to OneNote is deleted as I left the organization, will my colleague be able to access the shared file for which I have given full permissions.

    Hello Soumya_K

No. If your account is deleted, the share will be deleted also. If he has a cached copy, he might be able to view it - but if you are planning to leave, and he needs the notebook, he needs to copy the pages to a notebook in his OneNote.

If you both use OneNote desktop software, you can save a local copy of the notebook and give it to him.
