- Firstly, I suggest you try to start Office in Safe Mode? and see if the problem persists.
- Secondly, If the problem still happens in Safe Mode, I suggest you do Office Online Repair from the Control Panel. Please see how to Repair an Office application (microsoft.com), and kindly let us know about the results.
