Excel 365 - Get and Transform missing

Hi,

My employer has a O365 E1 plan that includes Excel online. I was trying to set up an automatic collection of data from pdf file, however just realized that my Excel online (build 16.0.15412.35904) does not have the Get and Transform buttons. I checked with a few coleagues and everyone is missing these options. There are many examples online of people setting up Power Queries using Excel Online, so is anyone able to explain what may be the issue for mine missing these buttons? May it be some admin option? Unfortunatelly using the desktop version is not an option for me as well because the version of Excel installed on my machine does not have the Get Data from pdf option.

Thanks in advance,

    Dear I_Gar,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft community.

I go through your description and test with my colleagues with different accounts under different tenants(Build 16.0.15415.35053). We couldn't find the Get Data option in Excel for web. We also search a lot and there is no official article says the Get Date option is available for users using Excel for web so far.

I feel sorry to tell you this feature might not be release to all users and you may feedback your requirement through this page.

For your concern, may I confirm the version of the desktop version Excel on your device?

Me and my colleague with both enterprise subscriptions and different update channels have this From PDF option in our Excel.

You could check for updates and attach screenshots in your reply to help us narrow down this issue like below:

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    Have a good day.

    Sincerely,
