Hello Experts,

I am trying to get the average score but getting either %DVI something or %!VALUE or incorrect percentage.

Basically i have 12 parameters, each parameters has an options Yes , No and NA, if I select Yes i should get 100% and No is 25% while NA is no score but not zero then I need to get the total average score for the 12 parameters.

Thanks in advance for the help

    Dear zoe price,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, we understand that there are Yes/No columns in your List. You want to obtain the corresponding score according to the user's choice, and then calculate the average value.

Please give us some time to investigate to see if we can help you with such a transition, thank you for your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
