Hey guys,
I have a VMware Windows 2019 vm that I use to connect around 20 person to use Office 365 apps as well as other things.
For some reason I am getting high HD usage peaks at 100% on the C drive for some time and I see that it causes slowness in the clients using the Office 365 apps since they stop responding for a bit. CPU and Memory are more than great and they have plenty of resources but the Hard drive I believe is the one causing the slowness of the system.
Is there a way I can optimize the drive so it performs better for i/o operations? Most of the time the disk is below 50% activity but sometimes it goes to 100% and stays there for about 10 seconds or so and I believe that is what is causing the slowness at some time.
Don't know what else to do to improve performance of the VM.
Is there a way to fix it?
