Assing Task based on Task Label

Planner

I have a Template Plan I with tasks and labels. I copy that plan and use it for all our projects. The label defines which role is responsible and is generic, e.g. "Project Manager", "Mechanical Project Engineer".

For each project I have to manually assign all tasks to the correct person based on that project's team members.

Is there a way to power automate task assignment based on the task label?

I want a flow that assigns all tasks with a specific label to a specific person.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Esp2022,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Per your description, you want to assign tasks to specific person based on the specific label automatically.

It is possible that Microsoft Power Automate could, I found some threads which has the similar query with you in Microsoft Power Automate Community, such as: Solved: Microsoft Teams Channel Message @mention -> Flow -... - Power Platform Community.

So my suggestion is to post on dedicated Microsoft Power Automate Community, the members and engineers in this community are more experienced in this area. You will get a more detailed and professional answer to your problem there.

We appreciate your understanding.

Sincerely,
