    Hi Ian F,

I’m Gunasekar and I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer like you.

This issue occurs when the Office app is not recognizing or syncing your trusted locations.

    Did you try this already?

    1. Open Microsoft word or Excel.
    2. Select file and click Options
    3. Select Trust Center.
    4. Click Trust Center Settings and Select Trusted Locations.
    5. Select Add a new location.
    6. Add the domain
    7. Make sure you check "Subfolders of this location are also trusted"
    8. Click OK to save.

    Restart the Office apps.
