Microsoft Authenticator Issue

Question

I am trying to log into my UFV student email on my computer and on my iphone on safari and neither will work. I am logged onto the authenticator app with my school email but I am not receiving any requests to allow access to my email or any code prompts to allow access. Whenever I try to allow access it says request denied even though I am logged into authenticator and ready to allow access, yet I am getting no prompts to allow or deny; it automatically denies. This is very troubling as I cannot get to my important emails.
