One Drive PDF bug

Anonymous
2022-09-02T16:54:56+00:00

I have noticed that when creating a PDF file from a word document using office into a OneDrive folder it occasionally does not sync correctly and then prevents all subsequent PDFs from syncing.

If you delete the PDF that caused the queue the others will then sync and then deleting and recreating the file allows it to sync.

Is this problem well known and is there a fix to this apparent bug.

I have read about syncing problems and after suggestions of removing the OneDrive link and restarting it I felt that was a bit extreme and the solution above works every time (I had about 20-30 PDFs queued and they all instantly uploaded once I figured out the problem file)

I'm using Win 11, Latest version of OneDrive 22.166.0807.0002

Many thanks!

Gareth
