    Dear Tin Zhang.

TY so much for trying to help.

I have tried copy/paste, BUT it only works sometimes.

Between 2 different PPT presentations, #1 has missing notes on 10 slides (Presenter view).

PPT #2 has missing notes on 11 slides (Presenter view).

This problem exists on both my desktop AND 1 yr. old laptop.

Another MS tech suggested uninstall/reinstall of MS Office 365. I did that and

    have had no improvement.

I will appreciate any help. I am 2 weeks away from a major conference.

    Many thanks. Diane

    Dear DianeRodill1,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you

From what you describe my understanding is that you have added speaker notes under the Presenter view and you want these notes to be displayed in the slides. Is my understanding correct?

If I understand correctly, speaker notes cannot be added to sync to slides, you have to manually copy and paste them, but you can view these notes in the PowerPoint application. Ref:Add speaker notes to your slides (microsoft.com)

    Hope this will help you.

    Sincerely,

    Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
