Read excel and run Powershell for MS teams

Hi Experts,

Would you please suggest any Microsoft tools to automate the below requirements to executive the PowerShell for Microsoft Teams.

1. Read to the user data in excel sheet saved in the Share point and shows in the dashboard (for easy view)
2. And, Run the MS teams PowerShell script automatically (or can trigger manually) when user data changes (may be SIP address) in the excel sheet.
3. Update the changes done by the PowerShell as an output in the dashboard or data output.

Is there any Microsoft tool you can suggest to start with the above requirements?

What is your meaning of Dashboard? Do you mean Teams admin center Dashboard?

We did not find such official tool to complete your requirements of export user data to Dashboard. But we find Power BI could connect Excel Files in Microsoft Teams. The following blog show the ways of how to connect Excel file in Microsoft Teams with Power BI for your reference:
