One Note for Android - missing features

Hi, so I'd like to use OneNote but... it's pretty useless if you want to do more than making shopping list. My question is, WHEN will be OneNote updated? When I would be able to use more types of pens or highlighters, when I would be able to add shapes (on Android tablet), when there will be ink to shape? Etc... And please, I don't want answer "you can send feedback" or "you can add request to devs) - i read many questions like this one on this forum and your answer is always same.. (I checked few of them, the oldest i found is 4 or 5 years old!). It sounds pretty bad to me, that app wasn't updated for more than 4 years and it's still the same? (I'm not counting minor updates which no one will notice)

So I want to hear:

• Yes, we are still working on updates, these features will be implemented in XY months/years.

• No we don't plan this, we are just keeping this app alive.

• I don't know if or when, because we don't care.

Thank you.

"Not coming to tablets or dual screen phones" so nothing new with tablet Android app. Also no ink to shape, ink to text, more pens, highlighters //formatting features. As I read before tablet app looks basically the same for the past few yrs, even by my opinion one not is more useful on tablets with pen than on phone. So I don't understand.
