TLS 1.3 using SChannel - client and server example programs in C language

Team,
Do we have example client/server programs in C/C++ for implementing TLS 1.3 using SChannel? If so, please share.
Need help w.r.t new SChannel structure usage, handling renegotiate requests from server (Ex: SEC_I_RENEGOTIATE) after the initial successful handshake, etc.

Few addon questions w.r.t Windows 2022 and TLS 1.3:

I enabled SChannel logs from Registry. With TLS 1.3 handshake; the event viewer indicates few parameters as 0. An example is shown below for both TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3. Is this expected?

For TLS 1.3 Handshake:

A TLS client handshake completed successfully. The negotiated cryptographic parameters are as follows.

Protocol version: unknown
CipherSuite: 0x1302
Exchange strength: 0 bits
Context handle: 0x1a1ccf646f0
Target name: localhost

For TLS 1.2 Handshake:

A TLS client handshake completed successfully. The negotiated cryptographic parameters are as follows.

Protocol version: TLS 1.2
CipherSuite: 0xC030
Exchange strength: 384 bits
Context handle: 0x1a1ccf201f0
Target name: checkappexec.microsoft.com
Local certificate subject name:

The Exchange Strength shows 0 in TLS 1.3 handshake log. We see a valid value (384) with TLS 1.2.
Any help is highly appreciated.

What did you learn about this? I to am getting a SEC_I_RENEGOTIATE in my TLS 1.3 connection and all the doc says there is not REnogotiate in TLS 1.3. I receive it on about the 4 or 5 DecryptMessage call.
