I have a user that is able to sign into their sharepoint app, however, they cannot see any of the sites at all. The IOS is up to date, the Sharepoint app is up to date, i've tried clearing the account cache and the app cache. Completely removed the app and offloaded and nothing seems to be working. User is able to access the web version from a laptop and also from the web on their mobile device.
If you have any ideas on how to fix this please, do tell.

Dear Winning Technologies,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you
According to your description, we understand that users can no longer see any websites in the SharePoint mobile application, but this phenomenon will not occur when visiting the web side.
Since this phenomenon occurs in a particular user, to further minimize the phenomenon, if it is convenient for this user, could you please ask this user to try using the SharePoint client on another device to see if the same phenomenon still occurs. I also want to make sure that the App was downloaded through the Apple App Store.
Looking forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
