    Hi Mateusz M,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

Sorry for the inconvenience but the Microsoft Office desktop apps do not support the Linux operating system. You can only use Microsoft Office on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, or the web. You can choose Office online.

    Hope this helps!

While it is possible to use office 365 via WINE or RDP to Virtual Machine it is not an official way. I have tried WINE with normal office and office 365. For normal office it is just a bit buggy for office 365 it crashes very often. Also installation is not simple. I personally use web browser for simpler tasks and polish it on windows machine/vm. Virtual machine will work just like windows version (bcs it literally simulate windows machine). If you have personal server that you can RDP to it is by far the best way for office on linux, but it is resource intensive and set up is not trivial+you need to check if it breaks some ToS.
