OneDrive sorting issues

I am using Microsoft Edge to access OneDrive folders. The 'default' order for files within each folder seems to be by Name, Descending. When I update the sort order for files/photos within a folder, the new sort order is NOT saved. When I return to OneDrive in another session (eg. a new Edge tab) the sort has reverted to its previous state. OneDrive should preserve the sort order for every folder. This is seriously annoying. I've seen previous questions posted on this issue. Will this ever be resolved?

It can help pinpoint which is at fault. I understand that you always use edge but it’s useful and also interesting to see if the application version works without any issues as sometimes one can work and the other not.

    Kind regards

I always use Edge to access OneDrive, so having the pc app is irrelevant.

Tim, if you mean the android mobile app, then I don't have a problem with that. I don't have a separate pc app, just use Edge.
