    Dear Martin Dallaire,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!

For this, please be kindly to try the folllowing steps and check the result.

The error often indicates that there is something wrong on the admin setup side of things. It can be resolved if the admin changes the MDM user scope and MAM user scope to "None."

You will need to contact your admin or IT department and have them change the MDM and MAM settings to None. After that, you should be able to sign in with your account on this device.

Otherwise, this can happen if there was a network change that might be preventing the setup.

If thie does not work, to better help you, could you plase be kindly to provide me the detailed error page about this whole error? I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
